Rhombus VS Ltd was founded in 2006 and quickly established itself as an OEM specialist in the manufacture of complete custom solutions for vision, non-contact metrology and automation applications.
Based approx 20 miles north of Oxford in Brackley, our team of multidiscipline engineers with extensive experience and expertise in high accuracy process/motion control, integrated and complete software solutions, material / parts handling, robotic integration, beam profiling, laser processing, galvanometer scanning and calibration have provided solutions for a wide range of customers and applications. Our custom systems are all built for purpose and can take any form from small stand alone table-top platforms to fully integrated 20 tonnes+ systems handling Gen8 (~2.1 x 2.4m) glass substrates.
The company founders, with over 40 years experience within the industry have built their reputations and success on the capability to develop and deliver tailor made solutions to the most challenging of industrial problems. Working in many different industrial sectors from Semiconductor manufacturing, Photovoltaic´s, Display´s, Electronics, Aerospace, Medical, Military, Automotive and Printing, we have worked with many of the giants of industry worldwide. Companies such as Intel, Sony, Applied Materials and Philips - to name a few, have sought our expertise over the years to provide solutions to their manufacturing problems.
